Pickup window
Standard window is 60–90 minutes from your call during day hours (10 AM – 6 PM, Mon–Sat). Sundays we operate on call only and may run a 2–3 hour window. Pilgrim-rush days at the Dargah (Urs week, Thursdays) we plan an extra buffer.

A small coordination fee covers the pickup leg. For Dargah-area shopkeepers and lighter parcels, often it’s faster to drop at our counter or any DTDC touchpoint — but if convenience matters, we’ll come.

Do you do same-day pickup if I call in the morning?
Yes — calls placed before 1 PM Mon–Sat get a same-day pickup window of 60–90 minutes anywhere in Ajmer. Calls after 4 PM or on Sunday are picked up the next working morning. Urs week and major Thursday gatherings at the Dargah, we plan around the crowd-flow and may need a wider window.
Can you pick up from the Dargah-area lanes? They’re too narrow for a vehicle.
Yes. Dargah Bazaar, Khadim Mohalla, Tripolia, Andar Kot — these are scooter-only lanes for our agent. We bring packing material in a side-bag, pack at the shop or hotel, and walk the parcel out to where the vehicle is parked. Tell us the gali landmark and we’ll find you.
Are there special rules for shipping Sufi tabarruk and ziyarat parcels?
Cloth and dry devotional items — chadars, tasbih, calligraphy prints, devotional books, sacred-site memorabilia — ship without any issue, both domestically and internationally. What is not allowed on courier: liquid attar, rose-water, scented oils, and any other liquid. These are restricted on air freight and most ground networks. We’ll happily repack a tabarruk parcel with the cloth and dry items if you bring liquids by mistake — they just can’t go through DTDC.
Can I get GST-billed invoices for company shipments?
Yes — Raj Hari Enterprises is GST-registered (08AARPY5330Q1ZM). Send us your GSTIN at the time of booking and we’ll issue a tax invoice with the AWB and DTDC consignment number on it. Useful for Naya Bazaar wholesalers and Mayo-related institutional shipments.
I want to send a parcel to family in UAE / Saudi Arabia / Bangladesh — is that routine?
