If I book before 11 AM, will my parcel reach Sector 18, 62 or 63 the same evening?
Yes — for the IT and residential cores (Sectors 18, 62, 63, plus Greater Noida's Knowledge Park / Pari Chowk), an express booking before our 11 AM cutoff in Kota clears the same-evening Jaipur-feeder connection and lands in Noida the same-evening last-mile run. Tower addresses with security desks are marked “C/O reception” on the AWB so they aren't orphaned outside business hours. This is a short lane — same-day evening is realistic.
I'm sending a care kit to my child at Amity / Bennett / GL Bajaj. How should it be packed and billed?
Books, dry snacks (sealed only), clothes and small kitchen utensils all ship fine. Use a single corrugated outer carton, label with the child's full name plus campus block / hostel and the recipient's phone number. Peak season is August–September with a January restock; we run extra pickup slots in those months. Avoid liquids, fragrances, aerosol deodorants and powerbanks above 100 Wh — those will be declined at pickup. We bill on a personal invoice unless your CA needs the GST format.
