- Kota-stone slabs / large samples — heavy, fragile and volumetric-charged; commercial freight is a better fit than a parcel. Ask first.

Can a Sector 17, 22 or 35 address get same-evening delivery?
On express only, and only if the booking is in our hands before 10 AM Kota time. Air loads via the Jaipur-feeder reach Delhi by mid-day and Chandigarh by late afternoon; central-sector last-mile lands by evening. Surface bookings cannot do this — they are 1–2 working days. For the cleanest same-evening result, book before 10 AM and confirm the recipient is reachable on a working mobile.
How is government / sealed-cover paperwork handled to the High Court or UT secretariat?
With priority. Sealed-original documents go in a stiff sealed envelope inside a corrugated mailer — do not fold the originals. We mark the AWB "Documents — handle flat" and route on express. The cover is not opened in transit; the AWB is marked accordingly; a section-receipt stamp is the POD. Tell us at pickup if a return signature copy is needed; we can arrange a reverse pickup once your office stamps it.
