KYC of the sender
One photo ID for the person whose name is on the AWB — Aadhaar, passport or driving licence. We photograph it at pickup; not stored beyond DTDC’s record.
Commercial invoice
For commercial goods, a printed invoice with item, HS code, quantity, value AND wood-species declaration (Sheesham/Indian-rosewood is CITES Appendix-II — fumigation/treatment certificate required). Recipient NIF for B2B (auction houses, design-trade); personal recipient needs NIE or DNI.
Antique-replica declaration
