Pickup window
Standard window is 60–90 minutes from your call during day hours (10 AM – 6 PM, Mon–Sat) for in-city addresses. Boranada and Salawas runs are scheduled for the morning batch — book before 11 AM for same-day, otherwise it’s next-morning pickup.
Direct or coordinated?
Direct. Our own agents pick up from your door, weigh and label, and the consignment is handed in to the DTDC daily collection the same afternoon. You get the AWB on WhatsApp the same evening. Boranada exporters with weekly volume get a fixed pickup slot.

Parcels under 5 kg
A small fee covers the pickup leg. Often it’s faster to drop these at any DTDC counter in Sardarpura or Sojati Gate — but if convenience matters more, we’ll come.
Bulk & recurring
Weekly or monthly pickup for Boranada exporters, Salawas ateliers and shops at no extra coordination fee. Contracted rate sheet on request.

Do you do same-day pickup if I call in the morning?
Yes — calls placed before 1 PM Mon–Sat get a same-day pickup window of 60–90 minutes for in-city addresses (Sardarpura, Ratanada, Paota, Chopasni). For Boranada and Salawas, book before 11 AM for same-day; later calls go on the next-morning batch.
Can you pick up from the narrow lanes near Mehrangarh and Sardar Bazaar?
Yes. The lanes around Sardar Bazaar, Tripolia, Ghantaghar and the haveli zone below the fort are too narrow for a tempo, so our agent comes by scooter and brings packing material in a side-bag. Just give the landmark — most shops in the bazaar know us.
I’m an exporter shipping antique-furniture-replica samples — can you handle the customs side?
Yes — this is daily routine in Jodhpur. The declaration must say “modern reproduction” (not antique — Indian customs blocks pre-1947 antiques). For wood pieces going international, we coordinate the ISPM-15 fumigation certificate with your forwarder. Sample-grade pieces go via courier; full furniture sets go sea-freight, which is a different booking.
Can I get GST-billed invoices for company shipments?

I’m sending a parcel to USA / UK / Australia from Jodhpur — what’s the realistic transit time?
USA 6–9 working days, UK 6–8, Australia 7–10. From pickup it adds about a day — Jodhpur consignments hand off to Delhi or Mumbai air gateway before going out. We always quote the realistic range, not the “express” marketing number.
