Standard window is 60–90 minutes from your call during day hours (10 AM – 6 PM, Mon–Sat). Sundays we operate on call only and may run a 2–3 hour window — Walled City Sundays are slowest because of bazaar congestion.
Direct or coordinated?
Direct. Our agent picks up. The parcel is packed at your home or shop, weighed, AWB-generated, and handed into the DTDC daily collection that afternoon. You get the AWB on WhatsApp the same evening. For Johari Bazaar gem-trade callers we hand-carry from the shop counter — no parcel waits unattended in the lane.

Parcels under 5 kg
A small fee covers the pickup leg. Often it’s faster to drop these at any DTDC counter near MI Road or Tonk Road — but if convenience matters more, we’ll come.
Bulk & recurring
Weekly or monthly pickup for Johari Bazaar jewellers, Sanganer block-print exporters, and Sitapura SEZ shippers at no extra coordination fee. Contracted rate sheet on request.

Do you do same-day pickup if I call in the morning?
Yes — calls placed before 1 PM Mon–Sat get a same-day pickup window of 60–90 minutes. Calls after 4 PM or on Sunday are picked up the next working morning. Walled City pickups in the afternoon take a touch longer because of bazaar traffic.
Can you pick up from the Walled City — Johari Bazaar, Tripolia, Chandpole?
Yes. The lanes off Johari Bazaar and the Bari Chaupar bazaars are scooter-only for some stretches — our agent comes by two-wheeler with packing material in a side-bag, hand-carries the consignment from the shop counter, and brings it back to the office for booking. Tell us the shop number and the nearest gate (Sanganeri / Chandpole / Suraj Pol) when you call.
Can you ship gem-trade non-precious samples from Johari Bazaar?
Yes, with the right paperwork — KYC of sender and receiver, commercial invoice with HS codes, and declared-value cover for high-value lots. We do NOT courier precious bullion (gold, silver, loose precious gems) — that’s banned on courier networks and goes via specialist secure-transport channels. Sample-grade synthetic stones, costume-grade metalwork, and Kundan/Meenakari decorative pieces are fine.
Can I get GST-billed invoices for company shipments?
