A small fee covers the pickup leg. Often it’s faster to drop these at any Bikaner DTDC counter — but if convenience matters more, we’ll come.

Yes — calls placed before 1 PM Mon–Sat get a same-day pickup window of 60–90 minutes citywide. Cantonment-side pickups add about 30 minutes for the sentry gate-pass. Calls after 4 PM or on Sunday are picked up the next working morning.
Can I ship Bikaneri bhujia or papad internationally?
Sometimes — but be honest about the rules. Sealed commercial pack only (Bikaji, Haldiram, Bhikharam Chandmal factory packs with full ingredient list and barcode), never loose namkeen. Halal labels are required for UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman. Australia and New Zealand are extremely strict on snack-food — DAFF and MPI inspectors regularly reject bhujia at customs even when commercially sealed, and we will tell you that risk before booking. Domestic shipping (Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi etc.) has none of these issues.
Can you handle Cantonment-area pickups with sealed-cover paperwork?
Yes, this is routine. Bikaner Cantt is one of our regular pickup zones. We carry ID, our agent is known at the gate, and we handle sealed-cover military forwarding addresses, regimental numbers and field-post (FPO/APO) routing. GST invoices with regimental number can be issued on request.
Can I get GST-billed invoices for company shipments?
Yes — Raj Hari Enterprises is GST-registered (08AARPY5330Q1ZM). Send us your GSTIN at the time of booking and we’ll issue a tax invoice with the AWB and DTDC consignment number on it — standard for bhujia exporters, defense offices and Marwari trading houses.
Realistic transit time from Bikaner to USA / UK / UAE?
USA 5–8 working days, UK 5–7 working days, UAE 3–5 working days — door to door, on a normal week, with documents or non-restricted goods. The Bikaner → Delhi air-hub leg adds about a day vs. a Delhi-origin shipment. Add 1–2 days for customs clearance on heavier or commercial-invoice consignments.
