A small coordination fee covers the pickup leg. Lab-dip booklets and small swatch envelopes are often sub-5 kg; once we’re on a weekly slot we waive this.

We send your DTDC AWB number on WhatsApp the moment the parcel is booked. Type it into the public tracker at dtdc.in any time. For international consignments we also send the air-bill number once customs has cleared, usually within 24 hours of pickup. For tracking-related queries on a parcel already in transit, message us your AWB and the issue and we’ll chase it through DTDC.

Can you do same-day pickup from RIICO Industrial Area or the mill complex?
Yes. The RIICO gates and the Bhilwara Mills cluster are 10–15 minutes from our regular Bhilwara routing. Calls placed before 1 PM Mon–Sat get a same-day pickup window of 60–90 minutes — at the mill dispatch counter, or at your factory gate. Calls after 4 PM are picked up the next working morning. For mills already on our weekly slot, the agent turns up on the agreed day without a call.
We send a textile-swatch sample box to the same buyer every week. Can you set up a regular slot?
Yes — that’s the most common B2B engagement we have in Bhilwara. Tell us the dispatch day and time (most mills do Tuesday and Friday afternoons), the destination country/buyer, and we’ll fix a weekly pickup at the mill gate. The agent collects, raises the tax-invoice on your GSTIN, attaches the textile HS-code declaration, and books it on the international DTDC line the same evening. Monthly consolidated billing if you prefer.
We need to ship a 25–40 kg fabric roll. Is that courier or sea-freight?
If it’s under about 50 kg and the buyer wants it in 5–8 days, courier (DTDC International) is the right call — even at premium per-kg rates it usually beats sea-freight on time and on hassle for sample lots. If it’s a full container or multi-bale order, that’s sea-freight territory — out of Mumbai (JNPT) or Mundra — and you’ll want a dedicated freight forwarder, not a courier. We’ll tell you frankly which one your shipment fits; we don’t take work that should go on a sea container.
Can I get a GST tax-invoice plus the HS-code declaration for the international B2B parcel?
Yes — Raj Hari Enterprises is GST-registered (08AARPY5330Q1ZM). Send your GSTIN and we’ll issue a proper tax invoice. For the export, the commercial invoice and HS-code declaration go in the DTDC International envelope — Chapter 51 (wool/animal hair), 52 (cotton), 54 (man-made filaments), 55 (man-made staple fibres), or the relevant blended-fabric code, declared at swatch-sample value. KYC (IEC for the mill, ID for individual senders) goes on the airway bill. We’ll talk you through it the first time and after that it’s routine.
