Standard window is 60–90 minutes from your call during day hours (10 AM – 6 PM, Mon–Sat). Sundays we operate on call only and may run a 2–3 hour window. Keoladeo park-side lodge pickups during winter birdwatching season (October–February) are slower because the park gates and lodge driveways add buffer.

Can I ship bird-souvenirs and Keoladeo memorabilia internationally?
Decorative items, books, paintings, postcards, lodge-shop souvenirs, camera-and-binocular accessories — yes, with a clear commercial invoice declaring decorative non-protected status. Real feathers, nests, eggs, taxidermy, ivory-billed pieces, and any item from a CITES-listed species are NOT couriered — that’s an international wildlife-trade restriction (CITES) and DTDC, customs, and we will all flag and refuse them. If in doubt, send us a photo on WhatsApp before you book and we’ll tell you yes-or-no in five minutes.
Can I get GST-billed invoices for company shipments?
Yes — Raj Hari Enterprises is GST-registered (08AARPY5330Q1ZM). Send us your GSTIN at the time of booking and we’ll issue a tax invoice with the AWB and DTDC consignment number on it.
What are realistic transit times to Australia / Germany / France / UK from Bharatpur?
