Lucknow-lane misjudgements
- Tunday-style kebab masala paste / wet marinades — semi-liquid and oil-laden; cannot ship.
- Dairy-based sweets — malai, khoya and milk-based mithai are banned across air and surface networks.
- Meat or non-veg ingredients — raw, cooked or vacuum-packed; not accepted.
- Ghee and cooking oil — even sealed tins are treated as liquid.
- Attar bottles from Udaipur old city — these are oils and cannot ship.

Pre-monsoon dust storms (Apr–May) on the Jaipur–Agra stretch can occasionally slow surface transit by half a working day.

My son is at IIM-Lucknow — can I ship dry namkeen or kachori-mix from Udaipur?
Sealed dry namkeen, dry kachori-mix, dry spice powders and packaged dry snacks are fine. Anything with dairy, fresh ghee, oil or moisture (mathri brushed in oil, milk-based sweets, pickle in oil) is not accepted on either surface or air. If you’re unsure about a specific item, message us a photo on WhatsApp before pickup.
Can you reach Aminabad old-city by tempo?
Most of Aminabad and Chowk’s inner lanes are too narrow for a full tempo, so the last-mile in those pockets runs on a two-wheeler from the nearest motorable road. We need the recipient’s active mobile number on the AWB so the rider can call for handover. Delivery still completes the same working day once the parcel reaches the Lucknow hub — it’s the contact step that matters.
