Yes. Anything 35 kg and above books at the bulk rate of ₹120/kg on surface, single AWB and a single GST invoice. We come for one consolidated pickup, weigh and seal at your address, and the consignment lands at the vendor's Salt Lake (Sector V or Sector III) gate as one drop. If the vendor needs cartons split for inventory, label each carton at pickup — saves you a sorting headache on the Kolkata side.
Can I send Marwari pickle and ghee-laden mithai to my family in Kolkata?
No on both counts. Pickle is semi-liquid (oil base) and banned outright on the air network — DTDC will refuse it at induction. Chhena-based sweets, rasgulla, syrup mithai and anything with loose ghee fall under the dairy / semi-liquid prohibition. Sealed dry sweets like kaju barfi in tins, soan papdi, dry namkeen and barfi-style mithai do travel — surface routing, packed flat, no leakage risk.
