Same goes for high-value precious pearls — non-precious freshwater and imitation pieces are fine.
- Attar bottles from Sanganer / Walled-City perfumers — these are oils, not perfumes. They cannot ship.
- Ghee-based sweets and ladoos — ghee is semi-liquid; sealed factory-packed dry sweets only.
- Loose handmade incense / dhoop — paste-based agarbatti is treated as flammable solid.

Yes. Surface is 3–4 working days end-to-end via the Mumbai trunk; express is 2 working days because the air leg lifts out of Mumbai direct to Hyderabad. Booking before noon helps the parcel catch the same-evening handover. April–May’s pre-monsoon dust and wind months sometimes add half a day to surface; express is rarely affected. Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills addresses on express usually land on day two if booked before noon.
