Hotels and resorts will hold a parcel for a guest with a confirmed booking, but only within a reasonable window, and a box that turns up long before the guest does often gets refused or misplaced at a busy property in season. Address it to the guest name exactly as the hotel booking reads, include the check-in date and a front-office or banquet contact number, and send us the wedding date when you book so we can work backwards. On a 4–5 day surface transit that means posting it roughly a week out; if you are inside four days, take express. Do you pick up from an office or a tech park in Bengaluru, and can it be after work?
Both, yes. The Bengaluru desk runs 24×7, so an 8 PM pickup after you finish, or an early-morning one before you leave, is ordinary here rather than a favour we grant.
