KYC of the sender
One photo ID for the person whose name is on the AWB — Aadhaar, passport or driving licence. We photograph it at pickup; not stored beyond DTDC’s record.
Commercial invoice
For Bhiwadi B2B samples, a printed invoice with HS codes, item-level pricing and recipient business name. For gifts, a written declaration with values stated. Recipient FIN or NRIC speeds clearance.
Prescription (medicines)
HSA reviews medicines crossing the Singapore border. Sealed strips, doctor’s prescription with registration number, name matching the recipient’s FIN. No injectables, no controlled substances.
What Singapore doesn’t let in.

Singapore really bans chewing gum?
Yes, since 1992. The ban is part of Singapore’s strict-cleanliness policy and is enforced. Medical and dental gum needs a prescription.
