KYC of the sender
One photo ID for the person whose name is on the AWB — Aadhaar, passport or driving licence. We photograph it at pickup.
Commercial invoice + recipient ID
Itemised invoice with values in INR or EUR/DKK. Recipient’s CPR-nummer for personal parcels, or CVR for B2B — speeds up Danish customs clearance.
Prescription (medicines)
Doctor’s prescription with registration number for tablets. Lægemiddelstyrelsen is strict — no injectables, no controlled substances, sealed strips only.
What Denmark doesn’t let in.
Standard EU restrictions apply, with a few Danish specifics. Denmark is socially relaxed but courier rules are zero-tolerance.
