What we do
We pick up parcels from your home and ship them via DTDC. The whole purpose of the service is in the name: pickup.
You call or WhatsApp us. A DTDC franchise courier near your address arrives at your door, packs the parcel with tape and bubble wrap, books it into the DTDC network, and sends you the AWB on WhatsApp the same day. You track it on dtdc.in until it lands. Free pickup at 5 kg and above, anywhere we cover — which is most of India and 220+ countries beyond.
The service is built for the parcels where pickup actually matters: heavier and bulkier shipments where carrying it to a counter is the hard part. A 25 kg box, a packed-up suitcase before a student flies abroad, a six-carton wedding return, a stack of textile samples to a Mumbai showroom. Smaller items go too, but the value of pickup compounds with weight.
How the network works
We are an authorised DTDC booking partner. DTDC runs one of India’s largest express logistics networks — its own franchise offices in every major city, its own air and surface fleet, its own international gateways through DTDC International. Our role is to make that network easy to use from your home: take the booking, dispatch a franchise courier to your door, pack the parcel properly, and put it on the right service tier.
Every shipment travels under a genuine DTDC AWB number that you can verify yourself on dtdc.in. The public network database is the source of truth — we just route you into it.
How we got here
Raj Hari Enterprises was founded in 2020 in Udaipur. The first year was a single-city pickup operation — Udaipur old city to whoever the parcel was going to. As demand grew, we layered direct doorstep pickup across the rest of Rajasthan (Jaipur, Jodhpur, Ajmer, Kota, Bikaner, Alwar, Bharatpur, Bhilwara, Pali, Sikar) and built coordinated pickup with DTDC franchises in major Indian metros — Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and beyond.
Today, the service runs on word of mouth from regulars (hotels, ateliers, exporters, students’ parents, e-commerce sellers) and a steadily growing book of repeat customers across every region we serve. We don’t quote round, suspiciously-clean stats — but the operation is busy, the lanes are mature, and the customer relationships keep coming back.
What we ship
In rough order of volume:
- Heavy parcels — 5 kg and above. Boxes, cartons, equipment, books in bulk, machinery samples. Free pickup at this weight.
- Excess baggage. Students moving abroad, families relocating, returning travellers. Suitcases, kitchen kits, bedding. Often a third cheaper than airline excess-baggage fees.
- Household items and small relocations. Cross-city moves where a full packers-and-movers truck is too much.
- Bulk and commercial shipments. For shops, ateliers, exporters. Recurring weekly bookings, GST-billed invoices, contract rate sheets.
- International shipments. To 220+ countries via the DTDC International network. Care packages to students, gifts to family abroad, B2B exports.
- Documents and small parcels under 2 kg. Available; counter visit is sometimes faster, but pickup at home is always an option.
